Rocklin Aquatics Masters (RAMS) is a swimming program that welcomes anyone 18 years old and over who enjoys swimming.  We have members of all ability levels who swim for physical fitness, triathlon training, open water training, pool competition, or simply because they enjoy it.

RAMS is a registered United States Masters Swimming team that adheres to the organization’s rules and regulations.  We are also a member of Pacific Masters Swimming local Masters swim committee that covers swimmers in Northern California and Western Nevada.

We practice year round at the Sierra College Pool in Rocklin, California, in the Sacramento area.

Started in 1994 with only five swimmers, RAMS has grown to over 200 members with about half that number swimming year-round.

For members that are interested in competition, we enter five or six competitions as a team during the year.  We also sponsor one meet each year, the Folsom Open Water Swim.

We offer social activities outside of swimming as well - the wide range of backgrounds in our team membership makes for a very interesting group of health-conscious individuals.

Regardless of your swimming ability or goals, there is a place for you in the RAMS program.
