RAMS is an adult aquatics fitness team affiliated with United States Masters and Pacific Masters Swimming.  Our members are provided with the opportunity to enjoy the sport of swimming through workouts aimed at gaining physical fitness or improving competition times.  We swim year-round at the Sierra College Pool in Rocklin, California, in the Sacramento area.  To learn more about us, please click on the topics above.
